Abstract
You have to stock a spaceship's hold for a long mission. Your crew must stay healthy, your budget is tight, and every food leaves a footprint on the planet. Welcome aboard Nutrinauts!
This game opens up research on sustainable nutrition to everyone: how can we feed a population when health, the environment, budget and cultural habits pull in opposite directions? Cards in hand, players fill their food basket as taxes, subsidies, climate shocks come into play… and discover that there is no perfect plate, only trade-offs.
