APESA is a French Technological Resources Centre (TRC), based in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Its main goal is to help profit and non-profit organisations develop new ways of operating, aligned wtih the ecological and social transition at the national and european level. APESA combines tools and methods from engineering and social sciences to evaluate, and select transition projects and strategies in an uncertain and changing landscape.
