Under the chairmanship of Flore Bellone (Université Côte d'Azur), the jury has awarded an AFSE 2025 “Special Mention” to Ségal Le Guern Herry for his thesis “Essays on Behavioral Responses to Taxation” completed at Sciences Po under the supervision of Jean-Marc Robin (Sciences Po Paris) and Gabriel Zucman (Paris School of Economics, UC Berkeley).
